Investor relations policy

The policy of Profdoc is to treat all shareholders equally regarding information relevant for the valuation of the company.

Profdoc is listed at the Oslo Stock Exchange and is as such required to follow the information policy of the exchange. The company publishes quarterly results and other relevant information through the exchange's system for company disclosures as soon as such information is available.

The company has no employees dedicated for investor relations. Only the CEO and CFO are entitled to speak on behalf of the company on subjects that are considered price-sensitive. The company values the views of its shareholders and recognizes their interest in the company's strategy and performance. It therefore holds regular meetings with its shareholders to discuss objectives, however such discussions are based on what is publicly known information.
