Profdoc's management comprises the CEO, CFO and Vise President
Christian B. Teig (42),
was appointed CEO of Profdoc in January 2000. He holds a B.Sc. from the University of California, Santa Barbara (1990) and a MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France (1995).
Teig has previously worked in the technology sector for Norsk Data and as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company. He owns 80,000 shares in Profdoc ASA.
Bjørn Lindholt (52),
was appointed CFO of Profdoc in December 2001. He graduated from Oslo School of Management in 1981 with a master of management degree.
Lindholt has previously worked in the technology sector for Valmet Automation and Getronics as well as in the finance sector for Bank of Oslo and Union bank of Norway. He owns no shares in Profdoc ASA and has 80,000 share options.
Susan Hagerty (45),
Was appointed Executive Vice President in March 2008 with overall responsibility for international marketing, sales and growth initiatives. Susan Hagerty holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University, USA.
She has previously held positions as Nordic Business Director in Nespresso, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nestlé SA, as Managing Director of Monster Media AS, and in various managerial positions in Telenor ASA. She owns no shares in Profdoc ASA.
